The Special Conditioning Room is open to all IMA Members for use during our facility hours. It has the two heavy bags listed by Wes as well as two speed bags.
Nick Smith is right, there is a room for MMA activities with punching bags. However, I think think access may be limited to either personal training, certain classes, or time. Call and check with the facilities.
