What is the temperature like underground on the tour? We are coming in from Texas where our low in August is 81° and we just want to be prepared. Thank you!

There maybe a 10 degree difference. We went when it was rainy and cool outside. We were in shorts and t-shirts and faired just fine. We went about five days ago

I went in late March, and I just wore a t shirt and Jean's. My son wore shorts and a tshirt, so you should be alright

We just went last week and had sweatshirts on for part of it, then were in jeans and a tshirts. We are from Phoenix so we are kinda wimps to cooler weather....

It's cooler than above ground of course but there are portions where you'll be outside. Our temp in August is probably low 80s average. Hope this helps.
