Can I liveaboard my houseboat if I have a slip? If so, for how long and are there special fees associated with doing so (liveaboard fees, sewage, electricity, trash pickup, etc)?

They don't take liveaboards, but you can more your boat there and stay weekends only

I would give the marina a call. They will give you the information that you're wanting

Liveaboards are not allowed at this time is my understanding. There might be exceptions for a limited number though.
