Yes there is. In the camping areas bathrooms in Fritch fortress overlooking the lake. I stayed at the campground and used the showers. There were only two bathrooms there.
No,there are not any public showers. The showers are for the campers who pay to camp and use the facilities. Yes there are showers there, but they are not open to the public just to come and shower anytime they feel like it or everyday. I live down the road from there I know it's not just for any and everybody to stop in there and use
Yes. They are in the fritch fortress area and also the area on Sanford yake in the camping area.
