How long does delivery take? It is not clear on the website and nobody answers calls. You have to pay first before knowing how long delivery will take. I need to know how long it will take to make a delivery to Ely.

I purchased a side board a week ago this past Friday and Ikea was able to deliver and set it up last Saturday morning.
