Yes. The Cafe is open, but just like the previous poster mentioned, seating is limited. I was there this past weekend and had no problem being seated. Tables are spaced out for COVID-19 purposes. It can be difficult to order because all the cooks are shielded, so you have to speak really loud sometimes or pull down your mask a bit. Still worth it!
Two weeks ago it was open, but I didn't look to see how many tables were available.
