Why would the posted hours of operation start at 6:30am yet at 6:40am ice tea not yet brewed? If you offer tea then it should be brewed and cooled down for consumption at 6:30 sharp.

I agree, they have some areas they can improve upon. The bagels on the other hand are fantastic.

Most likely the employers don't want their opening employees there any earlier because payroll versus sales doesn't support having someone there earlier just for the purpose of tea.... Your welcome.
