Yes, free camping for tents or RVs. Great spot!
Camping is free, which is amazing. Sites are clean and nice, restrooms are clean as well. We went at the beginning of summer, but sites were plentiful.
Entry to the monument is free, with a camp area by the parking lot at the visitors center. I "think" it's free, buy I'm not sure. Make sure to hike down to look at the ruins!
Yes there are camp grounds there with facilities, not too sure about the cost.
