Yes it needs to have new owners and managers. Not to mention it needs to be bigger and remodled The bathrooms were disgusting. The one in Columbus Nebraska is amazing. And the employees don't hide when u go to the counter.

My KFC in Newton Kansas needs to be remodel badly. They don't really care about the buffet. Their drive thru is where the money is.
