You can up to the visitor center. From there you can leave your trailer/rv in the rv parking area and take your tow/towed vehicle up.
You can take an RV 24 ft or shorter up the road but they don't allow any trailers not even a motorcycle trailer.
When we were there they had to close the road for a tour bus to come up. But I'm not sure they would do that for a RV
