They are not allowed on the hike, but at the bottom areas and other hikes, if on a leash they are welcome.
They cannot go on the hike around the rim but are welcome other than that.
I saw people with dogs up top but we didn't hike down the center.
Leashes are required and some trails are off limits to dogs.
