I went on Wednesday at around 5:00 pm. It was FULL. 45 minute wait to get a table for just 2. The service was slow, and incompetent. Server was not knowledgeable on menu items or even what was on our plates.
Hello. The week days are a bit slower, dinner is usually busy. I advise 2 hours before sunset on the weekends and at least an hour before sunset on the weekdays. If you find yourself waiting for a table there is plenty to do. We have a wonderful gift shop featuring many local artists. You can also roam the decks and enjoy the spectacular views. Weather and events dictate the crowd and the wait time. Kristie, I am sorry you did not have a good time with us. I will email you so I can figure out what went wrong and what we need to do to make corrections. If anyone has concerns while dinning with us, please ask for a manager. They can make things right if they know about it. We appreciate everyone's input.
I went on a Thursday afternoon and there were plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. A sign at the entrance claims that they are short staffed but I saw plenty of people working.
I went on a Sunday, late afternoon and it was not too busy. Plenty of seats on the balconies.
I was there last week on Thursday, but it wasn't totally full,it was crowded but not to the fullest
It is pretty much packed on a Thursday evening.
Ty everyone! I went for my daughters 15 B day mostly for nice pics, and dinner.. last weekend and it was overwhelmingly full. We left. Still want to take her since it was her idea, just hopefully when it is less full and less of A wait. Thanks for your responses.
