Hi Joe, Try the 90 minute 26/2 class. Almost all of our classes are beginner and the biggest part is to take it slow. It takes awhile to learn but your body will thank you no matter what you do. The great thing about yoga is you just have to try and you get all the benefits. Thank you and hope to see you soon!!
