What time of day did you go? Sometimes they are out of fries
This Wendy's always takes forever no matter the time of day
U might have to get with the manager and tel them.
I haven't expeienced that problem, sorry you did.
It may also be that they are busy if you stopped by during their lunch rush
It doesn't matter what time you go cause it only takes 4 minutes to cook fries
