I would think that they lock restroom when everything is closed.
Hi Robert - We secure the Public Restrooms during non-operating hours. The Center's regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10am to 9pm, and Sundays 11am to 6pm. We are currently in Winter Hours of operation, so the schedule is slightly different until the end of March 2019 - Monday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sundays 11am to 6pm.
