Who do I contact about no service even though my card was charged. $7 already charged, but it did not wash my car. Phone number on website is a fax. I want a refund!!!

Phone number appeared for merchant contact information on my Chase credit card online list of transactions.214-797-6737. I the owner the day and time that I was charged and wash did not operate. Owner was very nice and offered to send a check to me for the amount charged.

Someone said there was a contact number at back by sink. I did not see a sink. It seems that a contact number should be displayed prominently, perhaps in locations where money is deposited. Bottom line, I want my money back and I will not go there again!

I will drive down there and check. I thought the contact # was on back side of drive through by sink
