When Florida isn't a retirement destination
Big Cities have major malls with high end stores. Cities like Melbourne has the Avenues and Melbourne Square. Orlando is where all the major stores are.
What do you mean by "liven up"? Melbourne is not a big city. Like somebody said the mall got a little bit of everything. If you want more, you will need to drive 50 min to go to Orlando.
I don't know what you expect to get when you say "liven up", it's a mall which has a little but of everything in it, and this is Melbourne.
Malls are so 1995 and this one is holding its head just above water . . .
