Range fee is for anyone who enters the range area. The rules specifically states no "watchers" so yeah everyone will have to pay the fee.
Not sure on fee but children are allowed to shot long riffle under adult supervison.
It says Children are allowed to shoot out there with a guardian. There are pictures of parents with their children in the review.
Only for shooters. Children need to stay clear of range. <><
