Probably because she wasn't there. I have witnessed myself and also had an incident where while I had money in a machine in front of me and also on my right, playing them . There was maybe six customers total. A lady came in walked up to the machine with my money on it started playing it and I kept telling her that was my machine and my money on it. She kept pushing the button, hit a 300.00 payout, punch out receipt. I followed her to cashier explaining, that was my machine. I'm wondering where security is and then finally the.manager comes out with a LOUD voice saying "calm down everyone" over and over. Well she was the only LOUD one there. Anyways the result is, I have to give up a machine if someone wants to play it, even though there was about 60 machines with a half dozen customers AND the lady got to keep MY money. Now if I had done that same thing to someone i would have had to give them THEIR MONEY back, which would be the right thing to do. But I got in trouble for complaining
I was wondering what it was like there, I guess I won't be going there.
That's crazy but it was 3 years ago...I doubt she still is employed in that capacity, I'm sure she has been promoted 🤔!!
