It's a strip mall that includes Kohl's, Sears, Target & Verizon along with other stores.
Used to be the South Sound Mall. Now has Sears, Target, Kohl's and other surrounding stores including Marshalls, Michael's, a drug store, pet store, bank, jewely, tech stores. All in one shopping and if you need groceries you can go across the street. Very convenient.
It's a strip mall, basically, with several stores all having outside entrances.
