They won't answer the phone. I was told that by a Walmart associate, not even for the employees, I am told after my personal experience trying to call the store to inquire about the associate who said he would "be right out there" after I paid for 2 propane cylinders to exchange. I waited 50 minutes and finally made the call. I managed to get through the automated prompts to finally get me an associate to speak to, so I thought. It rang a long time, like 50 or 60 rings before it finally just clicked and kicked me off the phone. So I reloaded my cylinders and relocked them to go back in the store and I approached the person I made the purchase with and he turned to another associate, maybe supervisor and they acted surprised butnot surprised, like they knew I was waiting but explained that somebody else was to have already helped me. Thats when I told them I called took a while but I finally got the cylinders exchanged.
