We have been going for YEARS and we would take a small BBQ pit and we had no problems.
From my understanding no you can't, no open flames. The food bar they have is pretty cheap and honestly you could easily bring in your own cooked food if you wanted. You could still support the business by getting popcorn or other snacks. To give an idea of what I got: nachos, 2 hotdogs, extra side nacho sauce, 2 44oz drinks and a med drink, snickers and a salted pretzel... it came to $25.50. Price to get in $10/car. Total cost for a night at the movies (2 movies) =$35.50
