Why does the milkshake machine only work until 11 PM? It's supposed to be 24/7! Every other McDonald's that I've ever been to in 46 years has always served them 24/7 and if you're not going to serve them ,why do you have them on the menu still?

I would assume all mcdonalds would be the same but some do operate differently. I believe that should be a question for McDonalds themselves and not for the general public tho. I would reach out to the store

Lol it dose need cleaning. The times that it's done all depends on 1st how busy, 2nd the computer algorithm that is built into the shake machine (like it will just stop and say clean me) and 3rd however it doesn't take too long defrost like your freezer at home hopefully lol. Also there's a app besides the McDonald's App that will tell you when it's down but it works off of people saying when it is. Thanks hope that help
