Tuesday is kind of a toss up as far as what the buffet will feature. "Possibilities" include chicken fried steak, fried catfish, meatloaf, grilled sausage and onion. There will almost certainly be cabbage or greens of some sort, probably beans as well. Count on mashed potatoes and gravy. Perhaps they will have a traditional New Years dinner and offer some version of a pork dish?
