Why is it when u call simple Simon's pizza they wont answer the phone and why does the owner let his employees do this .? It business they miss out on

I've never had this problem either but I do know with walk-ins and to go orders they can get real busy give them 15 minutes call back

Same here ,they must be understaffed

They only have a couple employees at a time, probably just a busy spot where they couldn't get to it. Never had the issue myself, is it something that happens often to you?
