I just called and they definitely do NOT take reservations. Tonight (Sat mid-Feb) the wait is estimated to be 30 min. Only parties of 5 or more can call ahead and be put on a waiting list that cuts waiting time about half.
In season you can get reservations for 6 or more. I believe it is the same for off season. But they will not seat you until everyone is present. But you can call to see if this has changed. Great food.....
