The resort has a shuttle that takes you to the beach. You need to let the front desk know in advance. They are restaurants within walking distance.
I would recommend getting a car to go to the beach
Depending on how far you want to walk plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk and beach is probably a bit of a walk but it is possible to get to the north public beach in about 15 minutes walk.
Although some restaurants and supermarket are close enough to walk to, a car rental is needed to get to the beach.

Restaurants ad super arkets on your door step beach is about 10 minutes walk or the trolley bus takes you there fora few dollars and runs pritty much on time used it all the time I was there mentally day was margarita time no need to drive
A car is a must for beach visiting if you are on vacation at Park Shore. Both restaurants and a supermarket (Publix) are within easy walking distance of the resort. Public transport is very limited to say the least.
