Is it normal for it to be closed? I stopped by at 1am to do my laundry after work and it was closed, so disappointed specially when I never do my laundry so late

It is open 24 hours there is a bell that you have to bring on the door and someone will come out of the office and open the door for you they wanted very secure in there at night someone is there 24 hours a day

usually it is always open but there are days that do maintenance or there is little influx of people and closes regularly from 1 to 3 a.m.
