I will be traveling with a small dog and I don’t like to leave her in the car. Can I bring her into the restroom with me quickly? Is there a place along 75 that I could?

No, only service dogs are allowed inside. Crack the windows on your vehicle and make your "quick trip". I don't mean to sound rude but other animals being in areas they should not be may distract the guide/service dog and cause an issue for the owner. I have a service dog and he usually has no problem, but think how you'd feel if your dog caused a service dog to fail, possibly causing injury to the owner.. These dogs train for 2 years and that training could fail if distracted by your pet.
