I don’t believe they’re entirely gluten free. I spoke with the owner and the batter is made of buckwheat. If you’re gluten sensitive (I.e. can tolerate low levels of gluten) then you should be fine. If, however, you require zero gluten, these crepes are not for you (which is a bummer because they’re AMAZING).
I do not believe that their standard crepes are gluten free, nor can I recall there being menu option for a gluten free variety.
They do make crepes. I do not know if they are gluten free. I'd call the shop ahead of time and ask. They're really nice.
