I do give the their first shot and deworming before they go. I dont think dogs can get the flu. You would need to ask a vet that question. As for as flea go I do not have them when they leave but again you will need to put your puppies on preventives to keep them that way. I use advantage mulit. I pay $22 a month. I get it from a vet.
