Try Facebook they always checking and answering questions there.
On certain days it rings off wall, they are swamped with business. Its almost impossible

Yes that is how they feel. We were told they have all the answers you need online. The phone was never broken they just don't care about answering it.
Last I heard, there is an issue with the phone lines. Facebook would be your best bet for getting an answer.
