Can you tell me why you wouldn’t have a sign on the highway stating that your restrooms are closed so we don’t get off the freeway and be disappointed

There's construction and the entrance is far from the signs on the highway. Maybe once the construction is finished they will.

Last time I went there it wasn't closed. Besides you could have just rested and stretch your legs. There are other places near there that you could go and use the restroom.

Probably weren't closed long enough to trouble with a sign. Just bad timing for you.
