They are remodeling the hotel when we were there in April. They only had one tower and half of the other tower going. I would call again and find out when you would be able to get a room.
Just call and ask to reserve rooms...
Or do a walk in is the best to do
They have so many different tour busses that go their they are really booked up but it's truly a nice place to stay. I haven't had any problems and we go twice a for the last 5 Years.
I've had no problems when I call
Usually only have to call about a week week and a half ahead of time they can usually get you in but they are moving Towers I know that they're remodeling but I would try back 2 weeks before
