Yes pet friendly and yesterday some owner failed to clean up after his dog which someone tracked through the lobby. The hotel is currently under renovations ...had we known in advance we would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast is suppose to be offered but since the floors are being replaced we don’t care to eat here.Housekeeping failed to clean our room after our first night and when we asked why the lady at the desk answered “beats me”Housekeeping the next day consisted of emptying the garbage cans, making bed and leaving towels. No cleaning products used and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. That afternoon the toilet almost overflowed and needed to be plunged. . The last straw is sitting here waiting for hot water to take a shower!! I’m sure this was a nice place at one time but for now our experience at this hotel have not been good. I will say the bed is comfortable and that’s it. Three nights down and one to go and the management will hear from us.
Yes, pets are allowed in every room and in all common areas. Because of this, the rooms smell very strongly of deodorizer. Not a great option for allergy sufferers.
