Why is the pizza not near as good as it used to be before they rebuilt? You can order on their app and they can send you messages but you have no way to send a message to them.

The only difference I see is that the "Pan" pizza doesn't seem as thick as it used to be. What kind of message are you wanting to send them? If it's that important, call them.
