Depends how much youre looking to spend. But they definitely have them there.

It depends on how much you're wanting to spend. White House Black Market has some amazing stuff but you may spend a little more there, if you don't happen to hit a sale. Macy's is a good bet. They usually keep formal and party wear in-stock year-round. They have sales throughout the month.
