You could go to Walmart, or you could also order them online if I'm not mistaken. They are called Walmart e-gift cards
Cash or a debit card. You can put as much as you want on it and even reload it.
U can get gift cards from just about any where up front in Walmart even service desk
You should be able to walk up to any open register and buy one. They may have different designs hanging up at well.
