When is the Straight Talk Rep in your store?

I agree ditch straight talk and go with Cricket. I've been with them for 4 yrs and I'm very happy with them. :-)

If you want full service from a prepaid company go to Cricket Wireless. I used to have straight talk for years and went to Cricket Wireless and will never use any other service again

Depends on what you need. Sometimes Walmarts employees can help. if they can't I call straightalk and get help by phone

I guess it depends on what you want to see the rep for. The Walmart employee set up my straight talk phone. Called customer service and did it all. That was the knew on market steer in johnson city.

Call electronics department for the store you want to use

Person in electronics might know but you might have to call the regular phone number to get connected to that department.

I don’t know that there is one I usually just get my new phone from a store electronics associate and update my account information at home online. I don’t think there’s ever been an official Straight Talk representative in store.
