Yes to bags but be careful about your cooler they do NOT allow Styrofoam coolers. I think it's a pollution law and they'll get fined if they allow it.
Backpack yes. Styrofoam cooler no.
Yes you can bring a regular cooler. I would not recommend a Styrofoam cooler as they are not that sturdy nor do they hold ice worth a darn
