No but it doesn't stop people from carrying small pets in soft sided carriers or bringing dogs with ( fake service or companion licensed tags/badges) so the answer is no unless your blind and have a legit seeing eye dog. The kind of dogs that don't sniff your crotch and actually work for a living providing help to those truly in need.
Thanks for the answers everyone though the one from Steve was not very pleasant. I just needed a yes or no from somebody. Didn't need somebody having a nasty attitude and giving their opinion on it. Guide dogs aren't the only legit teams either just fyi
Yes they are as long as they are friendly and are not on the ground walking. Meaning they would have to be in a pet stroller or carried as per mall security.
