I was recently contacted by phone telling me my bank had declined my transaction and they were asking for my banking information. Who do I contact to find out if this was legit?

Ummmmmm im pretty sure that was a scam. No offense. Never give your bank info over the phone unless you contacted them personally. This is fraud season. Be careful.
