This place is amazingly clean and well maintained. But why must the machines have five ways to trick user into washing with COLD water? And even if you get "hot" water on a second try, it is barely warm, not at all hot.

I guess the machines could be malfunctioning? Is it one machine, two machines? Or all of them? If it is all the machines I would say the owners have them programmed that way as a way to save money on heating hot water which would result into higher profits. I just used this laundromat and I use cold water on certain clothes and actually for the biggest part I use cold water. Hot water I only use for heavily soiled work clothes. So I would suggest you see if all machines does what u say or it's isolated to one or more. Very clean place.

I also use cold water with my laundry except whites. This is a very clean place compared to one that is closer to me. Their change machine is very interesting to use. I love the fact that I did all my laundry except whites in one of the $8.00 machines. They are amazingly huge. Will go back there only. And definitely recommend. Oh also meet the owners. Very clean, kind, and polite.
