IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS! Does anyone there know how to answer the phone or, transfer a call? I am so tired of waiting! They have terrible customer service.

I would almost recommend going to the store in person. It might be faster especially if you have literally been on hold for hours.
