Yes. I've noticed RV's in ALL WAL-MART locations in Sioux Falls. I've also noticed people (like me)that camp out in their cars... SAFE TRAVELS!

So long as you park in the outskirts of the parking lot I've never seen anyone get in trouble for it. So long as the customers still get good parking and it doesn't impede them you'll be ok. :)
