Yes. They should be laying on the trails in the sun.
Lots of alligators, LOTS. Be prepared to get close if you walk the trails. They are out of the water and on the banks year-round, not just winter. Give plenty of distance to a mama gator that has little ones - they are very protective. Educate yourself about alligators before you visit.
Actually more likely to see them then. They stay out of the water when it's cold in order to get into the sun.
The big pond close to the front gate is the best place, we saw 9 diff ones in 1 lap around it. Its cold now so may not but if the sun comes out u may catch a glimpse

There will be fewer out, but you should still see some if it is not too cold.
