I filled out a adoption application and haven't heard back yet. Will I be notified by email when my application is approved ? I filed the application out on 3/2/2020.

I did and nobody answered and a recording came on and said they were closed. Website says they are open. When I get someone by phone is there a certain person I should ask for or a certain extension # ?
