Yes you can have dogs there but you need to have them on a leash
"All pets must be penned, caged or on a leash no longer than six feet. No more than three pets. Park users shall be responsible for clean up after their pets. If dogs bark excessively or disturb other campers, they will be asked to leave the park area. "
As long as they do not run around and cause problems they do not have to be on a leash
