Besides the casino in the hotel the Dakota Magic Casino is less than an hour south of Fargo!!! Good Times!!
Yes in the building
they have a spirit lounge which has a small casino inside it ( few slots, black jack table I think,bar..etc...etc) I don't think there are nearby casinos though.
