Yes, they are smoked then fried
Haven't tried the wings however Catfish & BBQ Ribs were good.
They have smoked wings and fried wings
Didnt try them but the brisket, ribs, and chicken breast was excellent.
Didn't try the wings, but what I did have was excellent. There's no reason to think the wings won't be too.
